Letter to M L 10-31-2012

The following letter was sent to M L. The Minnesota Cease and Desist Order references her Mutual Assurance Policy Number as evidence that Mutual Assurance is advertising and doing business in Minnesota. Since we are not doing business in Minnesota, we decided that M L should be notified of our decision to terminate her Policy. Mutual Assurance is only available to citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven.

M L,

May the Peace of Jesus Christ be with you.

We are currently being challenged by the Minnesota Commissioner in regard to Mutual Assurance being offered to Minnesotans. Last May 28th, you prepared a personalized Certificate of self-insurance. You were full of heavenly faith. However, Minnesota claims that you are a Minnesotan and must obey its regulations and buy an insurance policy that is approved by them. We are sorry for the inconvenience they may have caused you.

Mutual Assurance is only for citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven who have expatriated from the kingdoms of the world. The reason for this restriction is because no one can obey two governments. The state does not recognize God and we must obey God rather than men.

Based upon the Commissioner's statements, your policy is being terminated. However, if you notify the Commissioner that you are a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven and have expatriated from the world and especially Minnesota, we will be glad to reinstate your policy.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us.

Blessings,
Mutual Assurance
